2. Cancellation Rules

  • Pending orders: Can usually be canceled if processing has not started
  • In progress orders: Cancellation depends on provider/state availability
  • Completed orders: Cannot be canceled once fully delivered
  • Failed or stuck orders: Eligible for cancellation review

3. Partial Order Handling

  • If an order is partially delivered, the undelivered portion is calculated automatically
  • Compensation is issued based on remaining quantity/value
  • Compensation may be provided as wallet credit or payment refund based on case type
  • Order-level logs are used to validate delivered vs remaining amount

4. Eligibility for Cancellation / Partial Compensation

  • Long pending orders beyond expected delivery window
  • Provider-side rejection or technical service interruption
  • Clear mismatch between ordered and delivered quantity
  • Duplicate submission caused by platform or payment issue

4.1 Cases Not Eligible

  • Order already completed successfully
  • Customer-provided invalid link/username/target data
  • Service behavior affected by platform-side restrictions outside our control
  • Requests submitted after policy review window

Policy Note
